for spring break, i did a 5 day trip to seattle with a good friend jenn. i did not expect the weather to be SO COLD (too used to southern california “cold”), but i enjoyed all the food and lushness of seattle! i hope to go back for more coffee, food, and hiking (pacific northwest ftw)!
scallop sandwich from paseo’s!!! moist and saucy
caribbean roast sandwich. so full of flavor and would definitely go back for 5 more of these!

stopping by a little railroad track before heading home.
breakfast at serious pie & biscuit. the fried chicken was juicy, crispy, AND mixed with the spices in the gravy…. hearty and legit breakfast.
super windy, but a fun park to play! be careful of the dog poo… everywhere. Gasworks Park.
