went to a pop-up in la to meet up with my friend diane last year. the food was filling with interesting variations in textures. i really enjoyed the squid ink aged beef tartare and the desserts were amazing! hats off the the pastry chef sam! the hazelnut tres leeches would make me come back here again and again. watch out because they change their menu!
