over winter break i went on a weekend excursion to the bay area with mi mama and mi hermana! had a blast walking everywhere, taking the muni and bart aka public transportation, and taking in the views and FOOD! we all knocked out pretty early every night because of exhaustion, but we were ready to take on the city early in the morning! we stayed at the st. regis hotel and loved the modern decor, proximity to union square which made it easy to navigate SF, and the views! here are little glimpses into how i spent my time there 🙂

scallops and sweet potato latkes? veggies? something of the sort? i dunno but the scallops melted in my mouth.mmm….
dessert! SQUIRREL! vanilla ice cream, persimmon gelee, pears… can’t recall since i scarfed it down too quickly..
